We are writing to congratulate Matt Moran on obtaining a successful sale of our property at 10 Emerson Close, Springfield Lakes in May 2016. Our former property at 10 Emerson Close, was originally listed for sale through another local agency in October 2015. This agency promised the world but just could not deliver. We had many open houses and were offered unreasonable or non-realistic contracts, and after the third contract fell over, we reconsidered the sale and agents. We removed our property from sale for a number of weeks, and in this time spoke with a number of agents. We settled on Matt as our NEW agent. Firstly, we found Matt to be prompt and courteous when we first met him. He was well presented and offered suggestions on how to obtain the best sale. Matt was confident in selling the house and at a price higher than was obtained by the previous agent. We let Matt do his stuff, photos etc, and after further conversations, our property was listed on the web. I can honestly say without a doubt, Matt is an excellent Agent.
