Matt certainly had his work cutout for him on the sale of this strata plan property. The owners had not complied with Strata rules and had hard time frames by which they had to vacate making Matt's job of getting the best possible price difficult. Through this process Matt was extremely diligent in following up promptly on all queries and being open about what could be negotiated and what couldn't. He earn't his commission three times over.
