Matt Morley exceeded our expectations! Matt was given the challenging task of selling our 2 Bedroom unit in Dee Why in winter which usually is not the best seasonal time to sell. This sale was to back end a purchase of a new property and we had 6 weeks to sell on risk losing our new family dream home. We were concerned that we would not reach our perceived market value.
