Matt Morley came recommended to us by a few friends so this was initially why we chose him and Doyle Spillane to market our property. He originally offered to help us with a strategy to purchase our house in a hot market at auction and then became our agent to sell our unit. In every area, he exceeded our expectations. The property stylist he recommended did a fantastic job and his photographer created amazing photos which helped sell our property within a week. Although we had set a 4 week auction campaign, Matt was able to negotiate a sale price that exceeded our expectations very quickly that we didn't see the need to go to auction. Matt was able to achieve the higher end of the price range he quoted (which was higher than other agents we had spoken to). Matt was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent on the Northern Beaches.
