Its lucky we managed to find our dream home however was not helped by the agent. From start to finish, he was noticeably hands on and very misleading in a lot of aspects of the sale. The original offer which was agreed on, then soon after, he basically demanded more money. The after sale service is none and I recommend anyone dealing with Matt does their own due diligence. We were told one thing about the property by him and his assistant, only to discover that this was not true and they've done nothing about it. Also be prepared for the quickest and unfairest pre settlement inspection of them all. We were told (again by the agent) that would be done on a Friday only to be told that it couldn't happen and would have to be done on the day of settlement. And then only given about 15 minutes to get it done as he seemed to be needing to leave. There are other agents around that are probably better suited as unfortunately this time round its the usual real estate agent spin on everything .

Our dealings with Matt have always been to a very high standard. We have worked along side Matt now for many years through selling and buying property. Finally we got there in the end with our dream home! Matt has always been amazing, he is a genuine sales agent (which I don’t know that there are many out there) and always gives you the honest truth and will help guide you throughout the process.
