I found Matt and Chloe to be most professional and on the ball when it came to advising me of various things to do with the sale of my house. While I didn't achieve my expected price I was made fully aware of the downturn in the market and the variety of engineering issues concerning my house and pool (again reducing the price further). I have no complaints concerning Matt and Chloe, and believed they did the best job possible to sell my house.
Matt was amazing. Not only did he make sure we could view the property with limited notice around christmas day whilst we were on holidays. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the property and area as a whole. Matt helped us in so many ways once we returned back home which was interstate. We relied on Matt to be at the property on multiple occasions as we wanted it rented once documents were complete. Matt was required to be at the property and give access for the building and pest inspection, maintenance and carpentry work, safety changes and updates new flooring. Matt handled all these tasks in such a professional manner whilst still being very personable. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a reliable, well-informed, friendly agent. Whilst having met Matt socially via mutual clients , we had no business dealings until decision made to downsize from acreage after 19 years. Matt & Chloe took the time to explain the best method to attract the most buyers for our two (2) title acreage property. We had a fantastic result with the sale of our house on auction day - the whole process was extremely smooth and stress free due to Matt & the team. From our first meeting with Matt about selling our home it was always extremely relaxed - like catching up with a friend and i must admit there was a glass or 2.
