He gave an appraisal of the property that was higher than the two appraisals we received from other candidate agents, but gave a clear, credible rationale for his appraisal. Throughout the sale process he was always available when needed and responded promptly to emails. Ultimately, the property sold right at the mid-point of his appraisal range. This was significantly higher than the upper limit of the two other appraisals and an entirely satisfactory outcome for us.

We originally bought our house from Matt 3 years ago and found him to be honest and forthright in his dealings with us. He was therefore our first choice when we made the decision to sell. Throughout the experience he was extremely proactive and good at helping us to keep on course with signing the relevant paperwork, making some decisions for time frames etc, without nagging.
