Matt was very proactive with helping us sell our investment property. He organised all the repairs prior to selling. We live interstate so it was great to have someone to handle these things. He is very efficient at completing tasks and communicates very well with constant summaries. Our only criticism is that sometimes his efficiency meant we felt we were being pushed to accept early offers which weren't in the ballpark of what we and the agents predicted. Matt understood our reluctance and managed to secure a much better offer for which we were very happy.

We went with Matt because he seemed very well informed about the local market and confident he could get us a better price that the one that other agents were suggesting. We did secure a price with his suggested range and Matt was always available and kept us informed. My only disappointment was when the buyer tried to talk the price down after making an initial offer and Matt suggested we may be better off to compromise. I understand this may be good advice in some instances but we did not agree and felt a wee bit let down. However, overall the service provided by Matt and the HOME team was very good and professional and transparent.
