Throughout the whole process of purchasing our new home, Matt was always available and extremely helpful. More importantly, when we arrived at our new property with our new keys, we shocked to see the previous owners had left almost a tonne of rubbish and junk. 1. We do understand that a house is worth only what someone will pay for it but our expectations from Matt's initial suggestion for sale price were that we would achieve about what No 43 achieved.
