I first met Matt and Haydon at an auction of a property across the road. As we were committed to build a new house and move to 1 hectare north of Sydney, we had already decided that we would sell our house in Oatley. I asked Matt to come across and talk with us. The team did not over or under inflate the price to us or to those people who inspected the property. We were very happy with the result.
