We have known Matt O'Shea as an agent for eight years. In 2012 we purchased a villa through Ray White. Because at the time we had two small dogs, we were wary of signing a contract before we were certain of being able to take the dogs. This usually meant writing to strata by which time the villa had been sold. After viewing the villa we hoped to buy, and explaining the problem to Matt, on his own initiative he spoke to the strata chairperson and arranged for us to speak with him. This enabled us to purchase quickly for which we were very grateful. Matt then sold our home in Marine Drive and helped us with preparing it for display. He advertised it for auction but respected our wishes to try and settle with a buyer beforehand. We recently decided to sell and move into the local retirement village. Because we felt Matt had been honest and upfront at all times, we went to him for advice such as the price we could expect. We had an excellent initial meeting with Matt and Caitlin to discuss all the costs involved in selling followed by Caitlin providing advice about the interior presentation for sale. During the sale period Matt and Caitlin met with us to discuss the feedback from the previous open day so we had realistic expectations.
