Matt helped the reviewer sell this property

Very impressed with his communication

We decided to go with Matt based on his local market knowledge and experience that proved to be successful for the sale at a difficult time in a falling market. Very impressed with his communication keeping us informed with the current status of potential buyers and market conditions.
