I am extremely happy with the outcome and level of expertise I received from Image Property. Matt was transparent, genuine, calm and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to help me organise trades and get any pre-sale renovations carried out. I was selling interstate, so Matt and Katie oversaw everything, I was expecting the whole process to be really stressful but I can honestly say they made it feel easy (for me at least!). I had spoken to several agents prior, but Matt gave me the most balanced appraisal of what I needed to spend in order to get the best sale price - consistently logical and data driven in his approach. Matt does not rely on pushy or overly-persuasive tactics to get a good result, he genuinely connects with, and listens to, potential buyers to make sure the right people buy the right house, which in turn helps drive a good price and a positive experience for all parties. This also helps manage expectations throughout the sales process - he knew what my priorities were as a seller and made sure he matched me with aligned priorities in a buyer - because he genuinely listens and cares. I found Matt to be very knowledgeable and authentic in every conversation, he doesn’t over sell or over promise, he just acts with integrity and sound judgement. Matt was always open to suggestions, but also very experienced and provided reason and context if he felt there was a better way to go. I can’t recommend Matt highly enough - I would encourage anyone to work with him, and trust that you are in safe hands!
