Following my initial contact with Matt which involved him going to my rental property to give me an appraisal. He was able to give me some great advice on preparing my property for sale. He was never pushy in asking when my tenants were vacating and worked at my pace. Once the property was ready for sale we proceeded with our advertising campaign and got a sale from the first open for inspection.
