He had been in the process of selling my property for nearly two years because of renters living in the apartment to hinder some buyers and the pricing decline due to the economic downturn and the virus outbreak. However, Matt tried to grasp any chance to help me increase the sales price and did not push me to sell it at a price offered with which I was not satisfied.
