When it comes to Real estate agents there are loads of competitors that talk a good game, but Matt Roffe actually made it happen. The result was amazing, he sold my house within a week, before it even went to market, saving me so much money in advertising. He helped me with getting quotes from painters, landscapers and rubbish removalists, which thankfully I didn't have to use as the purchaser bought the house as it stood, and also agreed to remove all unwanted furnisher and rubbish I couldn't take with me, all of which saved me thousands of dollars and I was also very happy with the price offered.
