Very prompt when responding to enquiries and was very attentive to my continuous requests. Very patient and professional I would say. Usually, I would be expecting a sales agent to be focusing on the sale and working for the vendor's best interest, however, Matt made us feel that we as purchasers are getting a decent amount of attention and care as well.
