Matt is nerver try hard sell . He is very clear in his communication and never make you feel too pushy or uncomfortable. I know him more than three years . He was helping me to sell my Mortlake home and because the price was not ideal so we took it back and he helped us find a very good tenants with no issue . Recently he helped me sell this property again and we sold with current market condition given . He never give us there are many times I am just screaming in my heart it’s is hard but he always encourage me and we keep going until we reach the goal .
