We bought our present home through Matt 3 years ago. Even though Matt was acting for his vendor client, his dealings with us were transparent and principled. We subsequently bumped into him at open houses and, as always, he was engaging and responsive. When it came to selling our home recently, we engaged Matt as our exclusive agent. It was a no brainer. His assessment of the then-current real estate market and the segment of potential purchasers most likely to be interested in our property was absolutely spot on. His price guide for our property, which we initially thought was on the high side based on what other agents had opined, was in fact very close to the mark.
