Matt gave excellent advice on preparing the home for viewing by prospective buyers. Because the home was a character property, he recommended going to auction, but then advised us to take a good advance offer. We relied on Matt's experience in making that decision. My experience with this agent was that of dealing with an experienced, honest and understanding agency which wasn't arrogant and did not try to force you into selling by auction because it may be a quicker or easier sale for them, as other agents tried to do to us. The other reasons we chose this agency was based on recommendations of friends in the industry, and the fact that you are dealing with long established family business and not some large franchise. Our sale went through within expectations of price, and we were regularly and promtly given feedback on the progress of inspections and buyer feedback. Overall, good experience and highly recommended.
