Matt was our chosen agent to market my Mum's home she had been living in for nearly 50 years, selling it to move into a Lifestyle Village. We chose Matt because he was immediately able to build a rapport with my Mum, who is 88 years of age, He displayed a warm and caring nature. He presented as a man of honesty and integrity. Honest, Professional and Outstanding Communication are just a few words that comes to mind when we think of Matt Sergeant and Amanda Luu, who sold our home recently. We arranged to meet Matt, at his Salisbury office, to discuss selling our home, after we were referred to him by close friends. Matt prepared a list of agenda items he wanted to discuss with us, and invited us to add our own topics that was important to us. He systematically went through the list, explaining to us, everything we needed to know, step by step, regarding the sale of our home. From our very first meeting on site, everything was smooth sailing. I was extremely happy with the makeover and furniture supplied by the company Matt suggested, the asking price was a little more than I expected and the advertising was really great, online and signage.
