Was thinking about going with a different agent until someone recommended we get someone local to appraise our house. We saw matts sign around the corner and called him. He had an in depth knowledge of the area and the current market. He gave us suggestions to stage our house for sale and his appraisal was more than the price the other agent had suggested we would get for our house. Once we decided to sign with Matt things progressed quickly and the team gave us regular text updates at each step. Our house sold after the first open and settled at the end of last week. We cannot thank Matt and Amanda enough for helping us to sell our home.

There are a lot of things I could say about Matt as I have been dealing with him for years! Bottom line is he gets results due to his knowledge, communication skills, honest approach and most of all his tenacity to act for the vendor to get you the best solution!
