Recently when it came time to sell my investment property, I rang Matt Shipard and he came and gave me an honest appraisal of what he thought the property was worth. I was impressed with his pleasant manner and willingness to help. He stood out from other Real estate agents I had consulted, with his knowledge of the market and his helpful approach, but without the high-pressure sales pitch and pushiness I had encountered with other agents. He listened to what I wanted and gave options, he thought might suit. He has a confident, yet calm, humble demeanour which inspires trust.
