When we decided to sell our house we thought because of its condition we would probably get under anything we wanted. Matt knew exactly who to market the house to, he didn't ever say a negative thing about our house (he should have, it was awful!!). Not only was Matt available, he knew answers to every question before we asked them and then to top it off, he got us 30,000 over our dream price. Absolute miracle worker...I wish we could give him 6 stars.
