From the minute we met Matt, after interviewing many Agents, we knew he was for us. His honest and straight forward approach won us over. He knows his stuff and absolutely knows the Redlands! His research is thorough and accurate. Matt managed to sell our house in record time for exactly what we wanted, with no fuss and nothing was too much trouble. Matt was down to earth and an open book with our purchase. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to let us inspect as much as we wanted with no rush. Highly recommend Matt for his friendly, relatable and professional approach.

Matt provided me with a very professional service in my recent sale. He was always prompt and reliable with appointments and went above and beyond what is typically expected of an agent in his assistance with both the sale and settlement. I have no reservations in recommending Matt's services for your next sale.

Matt Tennant is simply the best! Matt has great selling skills, indeed he has an excellent knowledge of the Redlands and its surroundings and knows exactly what he is doing but most of all he CARES about his clients and the people he works with! He will always go out of his way to achieve the best possible outcome whether you are a buyer or a seller. He really is a fantastic person with a BIG HEART and a great sense of humor too. Even with clients living across the world he takes the time to give regular updates, provide advises, and respond to a thousand of questions even when it's 11pm for him with the time difference. I have known him for a couple of years now and I can only RECOMMAND him! You will simply have a fantastic experience and will not be disappointed! 😊

Matt was awesome throughout the sale of my house. I first met Matt at an open home and received a great positive experience, I decided to ask him to sell my house and he was able to get my house under contract within a very short period for a great price! I really appreciated the communication with Matt and how he didn’t have to wait to come visit me to explain what was happening, communication was always up to date with phone calls. I would highly recommend Matt to any person who is thinking of selling their property.
