Matt has great market knowledge of the area, he is extremely professional and a great communicator keeping me informed every step of the way. This is not the first time that Matt has been asked sell or buy properties for my family and I find him to be trustworthy and his advice has always been sound. I would recommend Matt to anyone who wishes to use a great agent.

What a magnificent beast of an agent , i never liked agents till matt in a few days flat came to us with a signed contract.... credit where credit is due, we tried to sell ourselves and then needed it sold asap when a contract fell through, matt kindly stepped in and took care of everything for us after a very stressful start to the year, he blinked an eye and it was done and dusted..... he is so professional and actually really pleasant to deal with unlike most slimey agents! i honestly cant say enough about matt tenant he really is worthy of his commission as he is outstanding in his work , i think my jaw is still on the ground from the speed of one weekend of viewing to contract and house just settled a few minutes ago ..... thank you matt and if you want your place sold he is your man!!!! JUST WOW!!!!!!! need a 10 star button! :) Astounding work. Outstanding man.

Matt is truly the best agent to use for Redland Bay, he knows the area and whats available so well. He was always available if you needed him and always conducted himself well. We both sold and purchased a property from him and the experience in both cases was a good one.

Great experience with Matt. He sold the property round the corner so decided to use him too. Within 48 hrs he had a contract on the property at the price we wanted. Awesome! He only had one weekend of open viewings too. If you want an agent who puts you first, will work hard to get the price you want, is pleasant to work with and shows a high level of professionalism Matt is your agent. Would happily recommend Matt any day of week.

Matt has great local knowledge and how the market trends are moving. He is alway happy and can give you the information and extra tips on what to do to your property to improve your prospects. One of his many strong points is his honesty in all aspects of walking you through the property purchase/sale roller coaster. Matt’s long standing in the community and his upfront and honest personality speak for themselves, the fact is if he wasn’t the best he definitely wouldn’t have huge clientele base built of repeat customers.

We were recommended to try First National's Matt Tennant after failing to sell with another agent. We always found Matt to be professional, with regular communication and hard work to make a sale in a challenging market. From the outset Matt was very positive, with a belief that there is always the right buyer for every house, and that he would find them for us. Matt is very personable, being open, honest, easy to talk to and always very smartly presented. We are very glad that we chose Matt, wish him all the best for the future and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Redlands.

I couldn’t recommend a better agent to sell my home. Matt is a true professional. He is attentive, understanding, trustworthy, a great listener, has extensive knowledge of the Redlands, put my interests first and followed up with feedback promptly. I would definitely appoint Matt for my future realestate transactions. A great experience all round. Thanks Matt

Following the open house review Matt conducted himself very professionally for both the sellers and the buyer alike.

We found Matt very professional, approachable, down to earth. He knows the market and has your best interests at heart. People focused, always answered questions honestly

Matt got us the home we wanted at the price we felt was terrific. We were downsizing and the home had all the features we wanted like a small pool, nicely presented and well smaller but we felt the home was very livable and suited our needs. Matt gave us the price that would buy the home and got the contract signed that night so we had peace of mind right from day 1 that we had secured the sale. Living the dream in our new home thanks to Matt:)

Very professional, excellent communicator, knows the market, more than help full, very confident, definitely recommend him
