What a great agent! A true local expert that gets results! Matt had more people through our house in two weeks than the previous agent had in three months, appointing a local agent was the right choice, his marketing strategy and commitment to the task was second to none. Even though we put a lot of pressure on Matt to get a result he never gave up, the final price was not exactly what we were chasing but was reflective of the market at that time.
