I found Matt a pleasure to deal with. I liked his happy, positive attitude and how knowledgeable he was about the area. I figured that would help greatly when talking to potential buyers. He took the time to ask lots of questions about the house and also what I liked about it specifically and the neighborhood. This was also to help him talk about the house to potential buyers. He was happy to arrange a couple of maintenance things he suggested would help the house look it's best and to have the lawn mowed while it was on the market. All in all it was an easy selling experience.

What a great agent! A true local expert that gets results! Matt had more people through our house in two weeks than the previous agent had in three months, appointing a local agent was the right choice, his marketing strategy and commitment to the task was second to none.
