We chose McConnell Bourn after interviewing a number of agents. The scale of the company suited our property, where we wanted to reach a broad audience including developers and we liked Matthew 's down to earth manner. The decision was not mis-placed. His communication was excellent, always responding and he is very professional, astute and open. I felt I could trust him. He found appropriate consultants for the property, to help support the sale. What I valued extremely highly was Matthew's calm, patience and people skills in handling difficult situations. In this he was most adept. We are very happy with our decision to engage Matthew. The only thing I would suggest for future clients, is that the additional, optional, service people such as cleaning and gardening were a) not of a high standard b) over priced c) did not complete what they said they would. The gardener tried to leave the property early, not completing and his fee proposal was unspecific in the tasks. The tasks set were verbally agreed. Perhaps engage your own.
