I cannot recommend Matthew Callaghan enough! His knowledge and experience in the market helped us sell our property not only within weeks of listing but also at the price we wanted to achieve. Matt took the time to listen and understand us as seller and more importantly our home. Thank you Matt for your amazing salesmanship!!! Best Agent in the Shire!!!!

Matthew is a fantastic agent. He is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, respectful and genuine. We valued his advice on how to prepare our house for sale. He kept us well informed about the potential buyers. He was honest about the price the buyers were offering. His honesty helped us make the right decision about the sale of our house. He is a nice guy and we would highly recommend his services.

We cannot recommend Matt more highly! Not only is he a fabulous agent, but a genuinely top guy. Not only did he sell our property, but went over & beyond to find us our new home. Exactly what we were hoping to buy! With his team of Jesse & Keyonee we knew we were in safe hands. Their professionalism & knowledge of the area was exceptional and the service that they provide was beyond our expectations! We couldn't be happier! THANK YOU...

Matt and his offsider Jesse were really motivated and a pleasure to deal with. Matt went above what I expected in relation to tasks that had to be completed but was outside the domain of an agent. I will gladly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

I have engaged Matt four times in the last three years to sell three properties and once to source a property for me. Each time the service has been excellent hence why I keep engaging him. He is knowledgeable, very professional, courteous and honest in all his dealings.

Matt has provided professional and proactive service, he managed to navigate complexities of having a tenant in the property really well. Thanks, Matt

Matthew is exceptionally motivated and focussed on driving the right outcome for his vendors. At the same time he was firm and fair with his estimation on the value of our property, so when the right offer came through we were able to harness it without delay. We would recommend Matthew highly.

Matt and the team were attentive to our needs and kept us well informed throughout the whole purchase process. They happily assisted us with our 'additional' questions and requirements. A pleasant experience overall.

Matt made the whole sale process really easy. He already had a large client base and was able to identify the buyers whose needs would be met by our property. We had a large number of people through the first 2 open houses, and were able to secure a buyer well prior to auction. Matt was available to discuss the campaign, feedback and offers received at any time. He also gave us a really thorough understanding of where the market was in relation to our property. We are very happy with the result.

Massive thanks to Matt Callaghan and his team. Their expert knowledge and constant communication gave us confidence throughout the whole process. We were ready to sell but after Matt's advice we held off for another week. Matt went to work and got us an extra $70,000. So happy!

We found Matt and his team to be thoroughly professional during what is a very stressful process. Matt kept us upto date with honest feedback from buyers and guided our expectations accordingly. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his team.

Matt is one of the most professional & experienced agents with an amazingly well rounded view on the property market as a whole. He has a unique set of skills, which enables him to build credibility very quickly with both his vendors and prospective purchasers. Matt is a true executive in the real estate market and is often seen as a trusted adviser by his new & long-term customers. He has the ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships & I would not hesitate in recommending him for any role he would be able to play in assisting with the sale or purchase of a property. Simply put, I would encourage you to reach out and call Matt to see first hand for yourself.
