Matt was incredible dealing with the selling of our property, we did not expect to get an offer as high as he achieved which placed us in an excellent financial position moving forward. We really feel his skills and experience in the industry place him well above others we have ever dealt with in the past. I would certainly use Matt again and strongly recommend him to my friends and family, especially in the Shire.

Selling our first home was a big step for us! Matt and his team at Highland handled our case with so much care, kindness and expertise. They were supportive and positive from start to finish, achieving a wonderful result for all parties involved. We are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend Highland’s services!

I engaged Matthew Callaghan & his team Tammy & Jesse to sell my Oceanview apartment and they didn't disappoint. After speaking to multiple estate agents I felt he was the man for the job. He was extremely particular in how the property was presented to the market from the Photography and Video which I was extremely impressed with, through to the smooth negotiation process and overall a stress free sale process. He was able to navigate the tricky market conditions and even had to act quickly to sell the buyers property in order for her to exchange on mine. I would have no hesitation to recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to sell their property. Experience definitely counts and I will be using Matt for any of my future property sales.

From the very outset we found Matthew and his team to be very professional in all aspects relating to the process associated with marketing and selling our property. The attention to detail, punctuality and market experience shown was above all expectations and gave us a level of confidence knowing we were in capable hands throughout the campaign. The level of communication from every open house and various marketing outlets was descriptive, very informative and gave us the level of comport that our property was reaching out to all intended markets. I would definitely recommend listing any property with Matthew and his team as this was genuinely a pleasurable experience. The personal approach, genuine care and interest Matt and his team showed from the start to completion will not be forgotten. Thanks and regards, Nathan & Katherine

Matt and his team of Jesse & Tamara showed plenty of enthusiasm in a difficult market. I was always well informed through the whole process. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone else buying or selling a property.

When I first met Mathew selling another house I wasn't sure about him but when he came to talk to me about selling my house he was direct in his communication, seemed to have a good grasp of this difficult current market and was friendly but professional in his approach. He also appears to have quite a lot of experience based on the fact he has been in real estate for awhile. Throughout the selling process most of my contact was with Jesse Horner. Jesse is very approachable and easy to talk to. He is easy to reach which is important at times. He appears to be very hardworking and complements Mathew well. I also had contact with Tamara Heaps who helped with finding a stylist, email feedback and general backup. She was also friendly and professional at all times.

I found Matthew to be knowledgeable of the Cronulla market and easy to contact and answer any questions I had

Always professional and friendly ....Matt has a great team!

Well, we first approached Matt in the Christmas/New Year period when he was actually on leave. It was our dream home and he let us have a viewing despite being on holidays. From there everything was smooth sailing. We appreciate the teams help and support to us as first home buyers!

Matt did a great job in a very tough market, and was always available ( even taking calls at night ) and gave regular feedback after inspections. Attended open houses in the Christmas break even whilst on his own holidays and got the sale wrapped up during his break. Matt and his team (Tammy and Jesse) were a pleasure to work with- friendly, down to earth and professional.

Matt and his team, Jesse and Tamara, were totally professional, thoughtful, reliable and caring. Matt's knowledge and feel for the market achieved a good result for us in a difficult climate. I highly recommend Matt and his team.

Easily the most stress free sale/purchase we have have. Team work was absolutely great - communication, support, genuine and friendly - all boxes ticked. Matthew is a great leader of their team, Jesse and Tammy - all working together to give us a much better than expected result taking into account the current market conditions. In fact, an amazing result - to sell and buy with Matthew at the same time and have him on our side was extremely welcome and supportive. Definitely will be recommending Matthew to our family and friends. In fact, already have!
