So grateful for the team at Matt Callaghan property for the sale of our unit. We were given great advice by the team that we followed strictly and got the outcome we wanted. Thank you so much for all your help and great knowledge of the market. We appreciate all the effort that was put in for us.

Matthew and his team did a great job selling our house, always professional and courteous. They really listened to us and worked alongside us in reaching our goal. Matt was particularly enthusiastic and personable making the experience of selling our home a very easy one.

My husband and I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell property. With years of experience to back him up, Matt's market knowledge is exceptional. Having sold us the property six years ago, we were always going to choose Matt as our agent when selling. He set a realistic value on our property and never gave any false or misleading advice. We had complete faith in him as our agent. Matt and his team are complete professionals and we loved their fresh and enthusiastic approach throughout our experience with them. From the outset, Matt and his team worked tirelessly to deliver upon our expectations. Things were set in motion very quickly; contracts, photo shoots, lifestyle video, signage, flyers and the like, and, the momentum continued, right through to the confirmation of our sale. Matt and his team kept us well informed and were quick to give us meaningful feedback from perspective buyers. We are very happy with the outcome and thank Matt and his team for their professionalism and hard work in this present, difficult market. We trusted them and they delivered!

Matt sold us this property originally. We decided to sell 2 years ago and immediately agreed that Matt would be the best agent for us having had a prior good experience with him and regularly crossing paths in Cronulla. I told him that my wife is a good judge of character, is never wrong and wanted to put us in his hands for the sale. Matt and team were wonderful throughout the process and he delivered the result we expected in a turbulent real estate and economic period. Thanks Matt

Matt and his Team were brilliant from start to finish. They were very professional, offered honest advice, provided excellent communication throughout the whole process and to top off it off, achieved results that exceeded out expectations. We would highly recommend Matt Callaghan to our friends and family.

Matt is a very genuine person of the highest integrity whom we felt instantly at ease with and knew we could trust 100%. Matt is a good listener and communicator and always kept us informed and up to date about buyer interest. He has a fantastic team of people working with him and we would like to give a special thank you to Abbey and Larissa, who are always there with a smile on their face, and nothing is too much trouble. We were extremely happy with the result that Matt got for us, and we highly recommend him.

Matt was instrumental in the success of our sale at Holly Street. After being on the market with another agent and unable to secure an outcome. I was sceptical about what agents say they will do. But Matt was straight to the point and accurate with his estimate. I would recommend Matt and his team as they function well together and always kept me in the loop with the progress of my sale. A big thank you to Matt and his team.

Matt and his team were prompt and professional through the entire process of the sale.

Matt and Abbey were fantastic when it came to selling our house earlier this year! They had an amazing friendly approach, and made something that could have been really stressful in to a smooth and easy process.

Great Agent! Throughout our selling journey, we had support, encouragement and above all honesty and transparency. Truely a humble and great operator - highly recommend :)

Matt has a professional approach, is an experienced and results focussed agent where we were provided with an honest, fresh thinking approach that makes you feel safe and sound knowing he is working on the sale of the property. Matt had the ability to understand our needs, listen and provide advice that was right for us. His confidence, strong communications skills and deep knowledge of the market give him the ability to deal with complexity which for us, was a point of difference.
