Matt and his team did an awesome job of selling our house. The photos and videos were amazing. They went all out on the marketing, got us on the front page of the local paper, hosted double open homes on Saturdays. Their marketing created a huge amount of interest, lots of visitors to our open homes, which lead to several people bidding on auction day. That resulted in us selling for the price we were hoping for. The communication and assistance during the whole process was great too. What more can you ask for?

Our experience dealing with Matt, Abby and the team at Callaghan’s has been an absolute pleasure, their price guide was spot on, absolutely no pressure on auction day (which was a welcome change from past experience) when compared to other agents. Auctions can sometimes be intimidating but being kept informed and updated regularly during the auction it made it so much more enjoyable than being poked and prodded.
