Our experience dealing with Matt, Abby and the team at Callaghan’s has been an absolute pleasure, their price guide was spot on, absolutely no pressure on auction day (which was a welcome change from past experience) when compared to other agents. Auctions can sometimes be intimidating but being kept informed and updated regularly during the auction it made it so much more enjoyable than being poked and prodded. I truly believe that both the vendor and ourselves were very happy with the end result on the day. Can’t wait till the next opportunity presents itself Matt. Cheers

We loved having Matt & Abbey as our selling agents. From our first appraisal meeting we knew they were the right fit for us with their professional, open, honest, friendly and easy-going style. We had time pressures to sell due to already purchasing our new home and needing to hit that settlement date, which they made us feel completely at ease about. We trusted them wholeheartedly throughout the process and they more than delivered.

We couldn't recommend Matt, Abbey and the team more highly. We needed to sell our house quickly as we were going to auction for another property. They got everything done in record time for us. Not to mention sold after only 2 open houses! Very professional and great communication throughout the whole process. They answered all my silly questions without hesitation. Thanks for a great result team!

During our quest to find our new home we met many agents along the way and crossed paths with Matt, Abbey & the team a couple of times. On each occasion we were impressed by their relaxed, open and professional manner. We were kept up to date with developments and any requests for further information were provided promptly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt Callaghan and his team to anyone looking to sell.

Matt has a great understanding and knowledge of the local property market. Communication from Matt and his team was always up to expectations. Matt is clearly a skilled negotiator, with a constant positive attitude but importantly, a realistic approach to the opportunities in the market. Matt is skilled at identifying the true position of buyers, and strongly presenting the value proposition of a property. The entire team at the agency always made us feel valued as clients, and we would be delighted to use Matt again should the opportunity arise.

From the moment we met Matt and his team we felt comfortable and confident. They had a relaxed approach and were never pushy. I felt they were honest through the whole process and very easy to deal with. So much so we have chosen them to sell our property as well.

We would like to recommend Matt Callaghan as an agent. We can't say enough about Matt's professionalism and knowledge of the industry. He is conscientious and tenacious, always keeps his clients' best interests in mind and listens to their views. Matt and his team will always go above and beyond to get the best deal for their clients. They are open and honest with suggestions on how best to present your property and maximise it's sale potential. Matt has great negotiation skills and keeps his clients fully informed throughout the campaign process. He is honest, fresh, and brings energy and enthusiasm to a sales campaign, often not seen here in the Sutherland Shire. As such, we are very pleased to recommend Matt to anyone buying or selling.

Matt is very experienced and he provided us with great advice and recommendations in selling our house. He and Abbey were always available and they provided us with regular updates. We are very happy that we decided to go with Matt as he worked hard and got us a sensational result. We found him to be honest and we would definitely recommend Matt and his team.

Matt and Abbey are a delightful team and were super helpful. As a first home buyer, everything was new to me and they were very patient and lovely to deal with. They were very quick to get back to me when I needed them and honest about the pricing of the apartment. Very grateful to have had their assistance through this daunting process. Thank you!

Very professional and easy to work with during the entire transaction of the property. Matt and his team kept me updated and well informed as to the progress of the sale. I was always welcomed whenever I called into the office and all my requests were met. I would heartily recommend Matt and his team in the sale of a property. Thank you Matt, Abbey and all the staff.

My partner and I had been to endless auctions and open homes and experienced varying quality of agents - Matt and his team were just absolutely fantastic and such a pleasure to deal. We only seriously considered the Pacific Street home 48 hours before the auction and desperately wanted to get in and see the property. Even on such short notice Matt was able to wrangle a viewing that fitted in with our crazy work schedules and answered the 100s of questions we had. During the auction Matt was in constant communication with us around our options and really gave us the confidence needed to pursue the property. The quality of service was also unwavering after the sale as the team were so prompt in relaying our requests and queries to the vendors around measurements, previous providers etc which was incredibly helpful. We really appreciated everything they did for us and couldn't recommend them more highly!

We would highly recommend Matt, he's an incredible agent who has gone above and beyond for us and secured us an excellent result. Whilst we all think we know better, Matt was on point in every aspect of the sales process providing us with updates, recommendations and the guidance required to get the sale over the line. He knows the area and market very well, also what buyers want, and who the tyre kickers were (no disrespect to tyre kickers). Nothing was too hard and too challenging for him.
