The first time I meet Matthew I knew we were in good hands. Unlike several other agents he supplied realistic price projections instead of telling us what we wanted to hear. The attention to detail was just great - and the whole process was as smooth as it could be. In the end - we got more than we expected. Also a really big mention to his assistant Bryar who was just wonderful throughout. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.
