Mathew and his team displayed considerable knowledge of the current market. Their professionalism in all areas of real estate marketing gave us confidence as we approach auction day. We were in constant communication with various members of the team through a what’s app group that facilitated the efficient refurbishment and preparation of our property. The recommended tradespeople also responded efficiently to our needs. The auction was conducted methodically as well as patiently so that the sale was satisfactorily resolved.

After 3 months on market with another local agent, we reached out to Matt as we needed help. He and his offsider George were good communicators, had sound knowledge of the market and most importantly, possessed a clear and aggressive strategy to sell the property. Their impressive negotiation skills resulted in a sale before auction in a really tough market for a price we were happy with. Matt was very helpful and gave good, honest advice and unlike many other passive agents in the Glebe market, tailors his sales strategy to suit market conditions and was very results driven. We will be using him again.

Matthew worked with my brother and sister to sell our old family home. He listened, explained and advised where needed, in a professional and friendly way. I am truly grateful for everything he did for us. I would strongly reccomend his services to anyone needing t sell their home.

Matthew showed his skill level in a difficult property market, to ensure we obtained an excellent result, when selling our house

Matthew from the beginning was very professional and helpful. We where selling a late mothers and fathers home and our family home. His approach to this was with respect but also understood our requirements. His market knowledge of the area was very good. It was very noticeable as we selling our house just as budget changes came in to affect and Matthew worked hard to still get what we where expecting before the changes.

We recently sold our two-bedroom apartment in Glebe and had an excellent experience working with Matthew Carvalho and his team. From my very first interaction with Matthew, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Throughout the process, he was respectful, informative, and always willing to answer questions. His knowledge of the local market was evident, and he provided clear, honest advice about what would work best for our property and what wouldn't. Matthew worked closely with George Pavlidis, and together they were supported by Emily Murdoch-Evans. The whole team was fantastic to work with—communicative, organised, and supportive from start to finish. We ultimately sold the property prior to auction, which suited our circumstances very well, and we were very pleased with the outcome. We felt well supported throughout the entire process and always confident that we were receiving sound advice. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matthew, George, and Emily, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Matt and his team kept me informed the entire time, Emily went above and beyond to help prepare and advise on selling the property. Trusted Matt and would use him again without hesitation. Highly recommend the team.

We felt confident in choosing Matthew because of his depth of knowledge of the area and in particular his knowledge of the large strata development our townhouse was in. We very much appreciated his guidance and support in a difficult sellers market. He kept us informed of progress at all times and was ever the consummate professional. We did not regret our choice of agent.

Five stars for Matthew, the best realtor in Glebe! He spent solid time understanding our needs, walking us through the pre-sale process with expert guidance. His amazing team managed the project at rapid speed, getting us market-ready in no time. Matthew is a great marketer and communicator who knows how to drive engagement. The results speak for themselves: he sold our property within just 10 working days of listing! If you want a seamless, fast, and professional sale, he’s the one.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Matt, George and Emily. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, flexible and genuinely had my best interests at heart the entire time. All of our questions was answered clearly and promptly, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

Professional and knowledgeable. Great team. Good communicator.

Matthew and his team did an amazing job organising everything for the sale, and achieved a fantastic result. I highly recommend him.
