Matt was an excellent guide throughout the entire process, helping us to understand everything as it unfolded with informative insights and flawless market knowledge. He was always available to catch up, and always kept our expectations realistic. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

We found Matt to be easy to talk to. He understood the property and market well and was able to convey his client's interests in an easy to digest manner making the process of buying the property easier and more reassuring.

From start to finish we received very "sage" advice. Communication was open and transparent. we were very happy with the service provided and with the outcome achieved.

Matthew was fantastic to deal with through the entire process from the first inspection to the auction. Great operator!

Prompt, principled, realistic and professional. Can’t ask for more than that in an agent.

Matt is a true professional who is always prompt and polite. I cannot speak more highly of him and his associates whose persistence and perseverance which lead to an excellent result for the vendor as promised.

Thanks to Matt and the team at BresicWhitney for their efforts in selling my apartment. Matt was superb throughout the whole process from his marketing ideas, knowledge of the local area, timing of when to go to market and high level of negotiation skills especially during auction day. He managed to sell in the price range that my family and I wanted which was a great result considering the downturn in the market. Even my wife who has very expectations was pleasantly surprised at how well Matt did during the auction, negotiating the price and getting the sale over the line. The whole process of selling a property is always a very stressful experience but Matt and the team at BresicWhitney made it a breeze. Matt's calm demeanour and communications skills is up there with the best which is a real positive during auction day when there are a few nerves on how it will turn out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and utilise the BresicWhitney team again. My previous experience with their Hunters Hill team where I bought my current home was just as smooth and professional.

We have been very impressed with Mathew's handling of our sale. At all times he proved himself to be very professional, informative and made himself readily available for any queries we may have had. We had just plucked Mathews name from the internet as he had some excellent sales in our area, and from meeting him and his colleagues in their very impressive offices in Glebe, we felt very confident that a sale would be made. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with my dealings with Matthew Carvalho. I found Matt to be extremely reliable - he did everything he said he would, when he said he would, and at no stage was I left wondering what was happening. He's a great communicator - professional and personal. I felt I could trust what he was saying at all times, and I felt that he genuinely cared about the end result. I have no hesitation recommending Matt, and would happily use him as my agent again.

Matt and John sold us our new house in glebe then put our own house on the market with a good result in a slow real estate period. Both were professional, excellent communicators, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Matt and John and the Bresic Whitney team.

Matthew skilfully negotiated the sale of our home in a difficult market and we are very happy with the result he achieved for us and can recommend him highly.

Matt was a pleasure to deal with. He has great communication on both phone and email making me feel at ease through the entire process. Friendly and approachable, Thanks Matt!
