We were disappointed by the service we received as buyers of this property. The property was not handed over in good working order and the real estate agent did not work with us to rectify the issues as promised. Having sold my house through Jellis Craig the month before (which was a great experience) we are shocked that one company can have such a diverse range of agents representing them.

We bought a house from Matt then got the previous property sold through him. He gave good advice right from the beginning from marketing, advertising to the auction day.
