Selling our first home Matthew guided us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way, we went to the auction feeling as though we knew the outcome already and were thrilled with the result! We would highly recommend Matthew and will be definitely using him for our next sale.
We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism Matthew showed towards his job (along with a sense of humour) and in answering our many questions. With his kind help, we were able to buy our first home!
Matthew delivered a price well over expectations and the amount of work he put into the campaign was amazing and i couldn't be happier with the outcome. He is the perfect agent. Hungry and enthusiastic with heaps of experience, trustworthy and reliable. Do yourself a favor and have him sell your home! I'm glad i did.
It was very easy to contact and speak with through the process. I am very happy with the purchase, would recommend dealing with Matt as both buyer and seller.
We engaged Matt about 4 weeks ago to sell our property. He was very prompt in visiting our apartment to provide an appraisal and managed our expectations extremely well. Once going to market, we managed to turn the sale around in a week, which was fantastic! Thank you very much Matt. Recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.
Matthew was very trustworthy and kept us informed throughout the whole stressful period leading up to and including the auction of our property. He had a very insightful knowledge about each possible buyer and gave us realistic expectations. Matthew has continued to provide us with excellent service even after the sale of our property. We would highly recommend Matthew's services.
We first met Matthew when viewing a property for sale. Matthew subsequently approached us when we were ready to sell. His approach was professional and non-intrusive. From the time we signed with Jellis Craig Matthew and his team were attentive and disciplined in their approach to selling our house. Matthew was always available to answer any questions we might have, relate any interest in the house from prospective buyers, and provide advice on how best to prepare the property for inspection. The Jellis Craig team was unerringly punctual in every thing they did, always on time for inspections and being at whatever meetings we had arranged. On the day of auction the procedure was expertly managed and attention was paid to all details. Dallas Taylor was expert in achieving the best price for us on the day. Without hesitation I can highly recommend Matthew, Dallas, and the team at Jellis Craig Doncaster as a completely professional real estate agency that will do everything they can to achieve the best possible result in the selling of your home. After selling our family home, Matthew was the obvious choice to sell my mother's villa / townhouse. he went about the task with professionalism and energy. The market for the type of villa required a special approach - Matthew recommended a sales strategy to attract a more senior buyer looking to downsize into a retirement style townhouse. We were happy vendors, thanks to Matthew.
We were very happy to have Matthew sell our house last year.
