Very impressed with their friendliness and trustworthiness nothing was a trouble to them and their campaign leading up to our auction was exceptional along with the organization that went into the auction day which blew us away with both of them being able to get the best price out of the bidders. Matthew epitomizes what a Real Estate Agent should be. He presents well; has excellent communication skills; an amazing work ethic and most of all is transparent with no BS (bull shit). My wife and I were constantly kept in the loop as to what inquiries had come in; number of groups that attended each open house etc. Matthew was constantly following up with prospective clients even sending emails, text messages and or phone calls thru to everyone on the data base notifying them of our auction date. As a result, the person who was the successful bidder at auction had completely forgotten about the auction and it was the reminder the day before auction that saw him not only attend and register to bid, but also purchase the property for the price we were hoping for. Would I recommend Matthew Everingham and Richard Matthews Real Estate - you'd better believe it! They (Matthew Everingham and Patrick Scordino) could not be faulted. They worked tirelessly thru the whole Auction campaign. There was transparency from both sides (Richard and Patrick and my wife and I) the whole way thru with no BS (bullshit) re unrealistic expectations especially re selling price.
