Matthew and Ken were outstanding bringing credibility and strong market knowledge to successfully sell our property at 49 Croydon Rd, Croydon. They acted promptly and strongly communicated all aspects throughout the process. They exceeded our expectations and I would strongly recommend them for any future property sales.
From the first meeting Matthew was the correct choice. Good communication, professionalism, confidence and a depth of knowledge in the local market provided a simple choice and good solution. Matthew provided the sales plan, solutions for styling and marketing to meet our expectations. Regular updates and feedback were communicated throughout the campaign to prepare us for the auction, and achieving our highest expectation. I would highly recommend Matthew if you are considering selling your most valuable asset.
Matthew / Ken and the team from RichardMatthews real estate, from the bottom of our hearts a BIG THANK-YOU. We would never imagine that we got this amazing price. Just a sense of ease and professionalism and advise gives that extra value we got from our home. We had a small block of land but the price for the area in Granville was amazing, even feedbacks from neighbours afterwards couldn't believe it. Personal friends indeed. Thank-you Lord Jesus for letting us know the teams at RichardMatthews real estate. Kindest regards Anthony and Maria and family
Mathew is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and straight forward gentleman. He says what he means and does what he says. There were few agents approached us before Mathew however, when we met Mathew after a few conversations we knew that he would be the right person we could trust to sell our house. His advice was invaluable. His team is professional and hard working. We are happy with the result of our sale. We would like to thank Mathew and his team for their hard work.
Matthew's unwavering commitment to sell and sell at the right price is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Matthew and the agency to anyone.
It was a great pleasure meeting Matthew and Ken. Have to mention, that we had a negative experience with Real Estate in a past and made a decision that will never be asking for their help in a future. It was until we met THEM. What an amazing team!! From the very first conversation with Matthew I knew, that He is a person, that we can fully trust and that He is an absolute 100% expert in what he is doing. He and Ken have changed our opinion on the whole Real Estate idea forever. Their genuine interest in our property, involvement, extraordinary communication skills, willingness to patiently listen to all never ending questions we had….They truly made it sound like we are the only clients they had. Only some time later we found out that they have many more like us, as they were selling 3-4 properties a week! They made a selling journey just a pleasing stress free experience. They went miles above what’s expected to achieve a great result. All we needed -just follow every suggestion they made and trust their expertise. They turned an Auction time into a whole street celebration with their “Coffee van “present at the venue. Style, elegance, taste, presentation…This list can go on and on. A beautiful Green color they chose for their company, will be now always a precious memory…Richard Matthews Real Estate…Very impressed and grateful. Wishing all the very best to the whole team. Valeria and Alex Korjenevski (ex owners of 14/6-8 Gower st Summer Hill)

Matthew was highly recommended to me through a friend. Matthew is very professional in his work, also caring & supportive. The house we sold was my uncles who had lived there for over 40 years. Many ties to the house. Was not easy to let go of. Matthew personally went out of his way to advertise the house. The photo were the selling point. Very well presented. The house went on the market Thursday, Open Day on the Saturday, Sold on the Monday. Sold with in 4 Days. The house sold more then the asking Price. This was a big surprise. When I asked Matthew how did this happen, Matthew reply was " this is my job to get the best possible price for my clients." If anyone is in need of a professional Real Estate Agent. I highly recommend Matthew Everingham to you. Thank you Matthew from Helen
After doing my homework on realestate agents in the Strathfield area, Sayde and I chose to go with the agent that was spoken about the worst by other agents and solicitors. I was upfront to him on my feelings about realestate agents and their negative reputation as a career, but Mathew was different, could not put my finger on it at the beginning. Well ,after a auction that did not get the price we wanted, and then the two extra months on the market, he found the buyer. Mathew was actually working for me to deliver what we wanted, he made no promises, but his commitment to communication was first class, he and his team successfully represented our thoughts and beliefs to get us the best price possible and they did. I highly recommend that you give him and his team a chance and I'm sure they will not dissapoint.
We had dealt with Matthew many years ago when we bought an investment property. Matthews manner and professionalism really made an impression on both Bruce and myself. Matthew was my first agent of choice when we decided to sell our home of 38 years in Brighton Ave. Matthew helped us through all of the initial processes very professionally and made us feel confident about any of our choices. he was attentive to our needs and very supportive when needed, making the whole selling process less stressful than needed. I always felt like Matthew was a close family friend rather an an agent. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew. Thanks Matthew.
We bought two properties and sold one through Matthew and his team. The last property we bought through Mathew, he organised good tenants before even we signed the contract. He is very easy to deal with, honest and easily approachable at any time. I will strongly recommend Matthew and his team to anyone who wants to buy, sell or rent a property.
I have found dealing with Matthew Everingham tremendously helpful, as during this process of selling our family home of more than 38 years, he was always calm & factual and so made the process a lot less stressful than I initially thought it might be. Matthew also made me feel as though I was still in control of the decisions & that I wasn't being pressured into decisions I might not have been happy with. I would happily recommend him & his agency to others that would be looking to buy or sell.
