We have come across a few real estate agents over the years and in our opinion Matthew and Ken have "top them all". One of those agent which I can see to do the right thing to all customers eg. if it goes to auction, the agent didn't sell it before hand without letting us know. Very concern for us even after the property is sold eg. what the old owner will leave behind for us in the house. The only agent I know that provides FREE coffee on auction day. Very good service
