I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew Everingham. Matthew sold my property in Georges Hall. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and responsive at all times. The process ran very smoothly and he made the whole thing very easy. Nothing was too much trouble, he always kept me informed of developments and the result was better than expected. His client service was exceptional.

Dear Matthew and Richard, We are delighted to write this testimonial. When we decided to sell our beloved home of 17 years at Princess Avenue last year, we trusted our instincts and selected you both for your enthusiasm optimism, high degree of professionalism and warmth. These qualities, in combination, are not easy to find in business. We were unsure about having an auction especially in the lead up to Xmas. Your conviction and hard work gave us a positive result and we are so glad we took the plunge. We would particularly like to commend you both for your responsiveness via email and phone, and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Your honesty and advice was greatly appreciated. We get the sense that RMRE is a team of talented workers working together to achieve excellent outcomes for your clients. Matthew, as the principal, your leadership sets RMRE apart from the rest and we wish you continued success and growth. Sincerely Priya and Kannan Subrahmanyan

We had owned the property for around fourteen years and it had been managed by another local agent who did not impress us in terms of honesty and integrity, so we looked for another agent to sell the property for us. Matthew Everingham was the only agent interested enough to journey to Castle Hill to discuss the sale with us and we were so impressed with his very obvious honesty and integrity we signed an agreement with him that evening. Everything that he promised he would do, he did and he ultimately sold the property for us at an acceptable price. After dealing with the other local agent for a number of years, we found the relationship with Matthew refreshing and enjoyed his honest communication and transparency not to mention his integrity, consequently we have no hesitation in suggesting he is the agent you should deal with in the Strathfield area.
