Great leadership

Matthew uses his wonderful expertise and great experience to lead the hard-working team. In the meantime, he in person talks to me to carefully explain the market and give me the guideline. It does help me a lot to have a better understanding on the right market. Not over optimistic and do not devalue the property either. I believe that is why we can comfortably go to auction day.
