Who says selling has to be stressful?

I honestly can not fault Matt or his team at all; they were absolutely amazing from the get-go & made it a relatively stress-free, pleasant experience to sell our first home and we are SO glad we entrusted him with the task. His passion & knowledge of his craft are prevalent in every piece of advice, interaction & follow up. We sold under such bittersweet circumstances and to be so pleased with our experience says a lot about Matt as an agent but also as a human being and the relationships he creates. Throughout the entire process we felt important and our business felt valued; Matt understands the emotions that come with selling a home and it makes all the difference. We trusted him and his team implicitly and always felt like our sale was in the best hands possible which culminated in a sale price that we were very happy with. We hope to stay in our next place until we die but we will be 100% recommending Matt to anyone we know who's selling (or buying) in the future!
