After doing my homework on realestate agents in the Strathfield area, Sayde and I chose to go with the agent that was spoken about the worst by other agents and solicitors. Well ,after a auction that did not get the price we wanted, and then the two extra months on the market, he found the buyer. Mathew was actually working for me to deliver what we wanted, he made no promises, but his commitment to communication was first class, he and his team successfully represented our thoughts and beliefs to get us the best price possible and they did.
