Matthew communicated well throughout the entire process, commencing with providing me with a price he expected the property should achieve and justifying his sale price estimate with research he had done. The clear communication continued with emails and phone calls keeping me informed of interested parties. Matthew achieved slightly higher than the sale price he estimated. Although the property was marketed for auction, Matthew had achieved an unconditional contract that I was happy with, prior to the proposed auction date.
