Matthew is very passionate about real estate and always had our best interest at heart. Matthew is very knowledgable about marketing, great at negotiating and is available any time of day or night to answer questions from both buyer or seller to ensure the best service. We sold within the first week of opening having a launch party on the Wednesday, first official home open on Saturday and signed contracts Saturday evening. He gave us honest feedback about the property and it's market value, so once offers were being made, our expectations were not overinflated and we were on the same level as our prospective buyers.
