Great Agent!

My husband and I found Matthew to be a very professional, courteous and friendly agent. He inspires trust which no doubt has proven to be no small part of his success in this sale as the buyer was foreign and all communication went by email/telephone. Not an easy feat. Sometimes communications were a bit cryptic, but were ultimately easy ironed out; we shouldn't forget that the seller also lives abroad and all communications were also done by WhatsApp and email. We just sold our last apartment; however, if we ever are in the position to buy/sell real estate in Perth we'll go to Matthew.
