Matt has sold my block of land in Nirimba QLD at a very good price even in this slow and sort of unpredictable market (OCT 2022). But it is not only that, I have been taking frequent advice from him even before I made a contract of sale with him and Matt has always given advice that reflected the market conditions. Initially, he helped me in making the decision to settle the land as I had moved interstate and was not quite sure should I go for it but his advice was spot on.
