Matt has sold my block of land in Nirimba QLD at a very good price even in this slow and sort of unpredictable market (OCT 2022). But it is not only that, I have been taking frequent advice from him even before I made a contract of sale with him and Matt has always given advice that reflected the market conditions. Initially, he helped me in making the decision to settle the land as I had moved interstate and was not quite sure should I go for it but his advice was spot on. Later on, as a seller, I had quite high/impractical expectation for the sale price of my block of land, Matt guided me in deciding the realistic target that matched my situation and the prevailing market conditions and he sold the land at that very exact target in a reasonable time-frame.
