Professional and friendly service

We have known Matthew for a while since we bought our first home on the coast (not through him) and over the years have kept in contact, knowing if we ever needed to sell that he would be the guy to do it. Selling from interstate before Christmas was a little tense for us as we had a lot of things going on, but Matthew and Tiffany made sure we were up to date with everything as the process went along. I was always impressed that Matthew calls when he says he will, there was absolutely nothing he let slip. He co-ordinated the styling, repairs, additional documentation from Council and pick-ups of items by our family due to us living in Melbourne. We never felt like we were out of the loop. Matthew and his team (thanks Brooke!) also handled the rental of our home for many years before we eventually sold it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matthew or anyone from his team.

We have known Matt for quite a few years, while we were tenants in various houses. Any time we dealt with him he was always so lovely.
